I absolutely love Inner Health Spa and cannot recommend enough!!! I have been going for years receiving deep tissue, relaxation and post surgery lymphatic massages. I also love the infrared sauna as well as the ion foot baths. If you have not gone here to receive treatments you absolutely need to book an appointment. You’ll feel like a million bucks when you leave here. Highly recommend.

I schedule monthly for face and foot reflexology, and it’s always such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. This helps reduce my daily stress and anxiety. I’ve also tried the hydro colon cleanse several times and yoni steam once— both were handled with great care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I have been going to Michelle for several years for massages. Michelle is so pleasant and kind hearted. Her hands do amazing work and work out all the knots in my shoulders and back. The massages are wonderful; what puts them up a few notches above the rest is when you add reflexology. I have foot issues and she works on my feet for 30 minutes. My feet don’t ache and are much more pliable when she is done. Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed.
